How this Tapestry deployment handles account and task data.

Last Updated

June 29, 2026.

Data We Store

Tapestry stores account information, workspace memberships, tasks, dependencies, assignments, comments, labels, notifications, settings, delegates, and activity events needed to operate the product.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide task management, permission checks, graph traversal, audit history, collaboration, API access, and exports. Delegate actions are recorded as delegate activity tied back to the owning user.

Visibility

Workspace membership controls task visibility. Users and delegates should only be able to read workspaces within their granted scope.

Exports

Authenticated users can download a JSON export of their visible Tapestry data from Settings.

Operational Notes

This deployment does not currently configure outbound email delivery. In-app notifications are stored in the application database.
